Bright Work was founded to address the gap that exists between strategy and execution

Often, people don’t realize they’re living a strategy. Strategy is seen as a slide deck. In the space between the strategy presentation and the day-to-day lives the actual strategy of your organization.

Bright Work helps you connect the dots

Our approach is simple yet powerful: we bring rigorous focus to your strategy, build momentum across your organization, and instill practices that connect individuals & teams to strategy and accelerate organizations from ideas to impact.

Bright Work is people-centered

We believe that the success of organizations is tied to the success of individuals. Yes, you can have the former without the latter – many organizations have. But why would you choose that path when you can generate thriving together? Our belief is that people-centered strategy is a competitive edge that sustains success for the long term.
